Applications

Solubility: completely miscible with DMF, benzene, ketones, alcohols and esters; slightly soluble in water.
Applications
The product ifeatures excellent high temperature resistance, wetting and leveling properties. Main applications:
1. Added into PU/PVC resins, it can obviously increase the service cycles of release paper, especially suitable for cloth grain, deep grain and other special release papers.
2. Used for new release paper and high-gloss release paper, it avoids mottling, cratering and other defects caused by uneven surface tension, and extends the service life of release paper by more than double.
3. Applied in semi-PU and PU resin systems, it provides anti-sticking and release-assisting effects, improves wetting and leveling performance, and delivers smooth hand feel.
4. It optimizes release effect and keeps clear and full paper grain. Meanwhile, it prevents pinholes, pits and mottling caused by excessive moisture, and enhances the hydrolysis resistance stability of the system.
